The trip was amazing to Australia and New Zealand. Flights, hotels and tours all went well, and overall we had really good weather. We really enjoyed the variety of accommodations as well, and you had everything so well laid out that all we had to do was connect the dots on our map and arrive on time. Absolutely loved the koala encounter by Cairns as well. Getting to hand-feed the kangaroos was an unexpected bonus! (and Ed got to see crocs in the wild while we were on the rainforest tour, made his whole trip). I would recommend you to anyone traveling there. (Have already bragged you up to several people at work!)

Thanks for the great job, and thanks again for the birthday treat!

This is just a brief note to say thanks for your advice and arrangements you made on our behalf.  Everything worked out wonderfully.  We arrived in Cairns late on Monday after 42 hours of door to door travel, slept well, then woke up on time for our Kuranda train ride, which was fine.  The cable ride down was fabulous!  Our next day at Michaelmas Quay was very good even though the weather was rainy which disturb the water so that the water wasn't as clear as likely on a nicer day.  None-the-less, we enjoyed what we saw very much -- a great choice.  The third event was the tour into the Daintree Forest.  Fortunately, we were the only ones, so had our driver Ian all to ourselves.  He was extremely knowledgeable, very affable and accomodating. We even saw a Casawary by the side of the road (lots of pictures) which apparently happens rarely.   We left for Melbourne on the fourth morning staying near Kynton for a week, then on Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast Queensland for a week, and back to Sydney for the last 6 nights.  All the domestic flights worked out perfectly.  We are so pleased that we came in contact with you and the best decision of our trip. Had we waited to make the tour arrangements after we landed in Cairns, I doubt if we would have seen even half the sites.  Thanks again and perhaps we will be in touch again in the future.  We would love to go back.
Sincerely,
Ted & Charlotte.

Canada.
