I want to thank you for the outstanding job you did preparing our group of 45 people for our trip to Australia, for the Pacific School Games in Melbourne Australia for Nov/Dec 2005.

From the time we committed to the trip, you did everything possible to make sure that all bases were covered and that our experience in Australia was as trouble free as possible. The accommodations you chose for us were excellent as were the bus companies and tourist attractions. The fact that you took the time to attend several meetings of our group, in addition to the countless communications you had with us which kept us in the loop - there was never guesswork about anything. And it did not stop there; I appreciated the fact that you called us upon arrival in Australia to check that everything was OK with our transfers and accommodations.

Dianne, there are so many things you did for us that I cannot list them all in a letter. However, I can say that I have never worked with a travel agent before who took as much time to deal with all the details - big and small. It was like we were part of your extended family and you took full responsibility for our wellbeing.
