Before I went on my big round the world trip to visit friends and have an adventure I didn't know much about international travel. I decided it was best to book through an experienced travel agent when a good friend told me about Dianne. I was very specific on where I wanted to go and had specific time frames which made planning the trip a bit difficult. But Dianne was very understanding and really took care of everything for me. I simply told her where I wanted to go and how long I wanted to stay in each place, and she got back to me promptly with dates, times etc. I was very nervous about the whole trip as I'd never done such a big trip on my own, having only been out of Canada a couple times when I was younger. Dianne was honest with me - at first I wanted to get a cheap ticket, and so she provided me with options. One option would have been cheaper, but it would have meant a long layover in an airport on an already long journey, so I opted to pay the extra money and take a more direct route. I was very grateful for her good communication of important facts. Dianne is a very thorough travel agent and reminded and advised me on my vaccinations, travel insurance, and visas.

With a round the world ticket, my journey took me to England, Israel, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. I was very impressed with my itinerary and connections. With such a big itinerary I expected something to go wrong at some point during the trip, but I didn't have any problems along the way. Many times along my trip I was thankful that I had Dianne book my travel. It was well worth every penny and I would book with her again in a second, and will recommend her services to anyone I know traveling internationally.

Hi Dianne: I am writing to say a huge "Thanks" for the terrific organization of our trip to New Zealand. The South Island and our trek with Wilson through Abel Tasman Park were simply perfect in every way (with the exception of the sand fly bites). The second week driving ourselves down to Christchurch was equally fine.
Both Alex and I feel that your choice of activities, lodgings, et al, was really suited to our tastes. I have no doubt we'll be using GoWalkabout Travel again. Your service is too good to pass up. Can't imagine why anyone wants to hassle their way through online holiday bookings. I should also say an extra "bless you" for dealing with my panicked emails early in the planning stage.
