Dianne helped me plan out an itinerary that included a visit with friends.  Since I was on my own Dianne recommended that I go on a planned bus trip after leaving my friend’s house in Melbourne.  I chose to share a room in order not to pay the single supplement.  She did warn me that I could end up with a snorer or such things, but luckily I had no problem with my roommate.  The whole trip was so well planned and went off without hitches.  I had a great time, met great people and wish that I could go back.  Dianne is well organized and ensures that you have every last thing required to ensure a smooth trip.  I highly recommend using her services.
