My wife and I wanted to write and congratulate you and your team on customizing our dream vacation to Australia.

We knew from the start that we may not be your normal type of clientele and that we required extra work, but never once did you make us feel any different.

Our vacation went off without a single hitch which is very unusual for us when we travel!

My wife was so excited to finally hold a Koala (I know it is not a bear) and I finally got to try a surf lesson on Bondi Beach. We found the Aussie people so friendly and feel like we could have stayed their forever.
